Encik Aminuddin Mohd. Arif ("Encik Aminuddin") embarked on his career as an Economist in the Research Department at Sime Securities Sdn Bhd. As a Sime Darby scholar, he gained invaluable experience in marketing at Sime AXA Assurance Sdn Bhd between 1998 and 1999, before moving on to Consolidated Plantations Bhd as a Senior Executive in Corporate Planning from 2000 to 2001.

Over the course of 13 years, Encik Aminuddin contributed significantly to various government agencies. His roles included serving as Special Officer to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Private Secretary to both the Minister of Education and the Minister of Home Affairs, and Principal Private Secretary to the Minister of Transport.

With over 25 years of experience spanning both private and public sectors, Encik Aminuddin has honed his skills in corporate planning, public policy, research, strategy, and communications. He currently holds the position of Chief Corporate Officer at Jasa Baiduri Sdn Bhd, a company specialising in trading and maintenance services.

Additionally, he serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the board of Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd, overseeing the management of the publicly listed Sentral REIT Bhd.
