PROCUREHERE, the enterprise digital procurement platform developed by PRIVASIA Sdn Bhd, has been awarded Silver in the Best CX Technology & Service Provider category at the CX Asia Excellence Awards 2026, one of Asia's most respected programmes recognising excellence in customer experience, digital innovation, and technology leadership.

Held on 17 June 2026 at Amara Sanctuary Sentosa, Singapore, the awards brought together leading organisations from across Asia to celebrate outstanding achievements in customer experience, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, operational excellence, and technology innovation.

Now in its 12th edition, the CX Asia Excellence Awards attracted more than 200 submissions across 13 competitive categories, representing organisations from Southeast Asia, South Asia, North Asia, ANZ, and the Middle East. Winners were evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts based on innovation, measurable business outcomes, customer impact, and overall execution.

In the Best CX Technology & Service Provider category, Netcore Pvt Ltd received Gold, PRIVASIA Sdn Bhd was awarded Silver for PROCUREHERE, while SimpleWorks Solutions Pvt Ltd received Bronze.
