PRIVASIA Technology Berhad is pleased to present its Sustainability Report 2025, which outlines the Group’s progress in advancing its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments. This report serves as our principal annual disclosure on sustainability matters and should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report 2025.

Unless otherwise stated, the information and data presented herein cover the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, and apply to PRIVASIA’s operations across its three core business segments: Information Technology (IT), Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and Satellite-based Network Services (SAT). 

Since 2024, PRIVASIA adopted several internationally and nationally recognised emissions methodologies to enhance the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of our greenhouse gas reporting. These include:

I. The UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero’s emissions factors (Updated as of 10 June 2025);

II. The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Carbon Emissions Calculator (ICEC)— the official United Nations tool for quantifying the carbon footprint of air travel; and

III. The latest (Updated as of 23 February 2026) Peninsular Malaysia electricity emissions factor from MyEnergyStats, the portal managed by the Energy Commission of Malaysia.
