1.
e-Procurement
Our eProcurement Technology platform – www.procurehere.com
– is a B2B (Business to Business) procurement
portal developed to help companies handle all their
day to day procurement needs. It is available both as
an Enterprise Solution or an Application Service Provider
(ASP). eProcurement transforms procurement by streamlining
and automating each stage of the process, from searching
for a product or service to ordering, approval, tracking
and invoicing. Components such as on-line catalogues,
intelligent purchasing agents, intranet workflow, extranet
team-rooms and on-line sourcing are making traditional
communication channels, such as fax and telephone, redundant.
Significant improvements have been realized from the
introduction of eProcurement. Transaction processing
costs and times are reduced, freeing up purchasing professionals
to perform more value-adding tasks, and the streamlining
and automation reduces maverick purchasing, keeping
purchase prices low. This key feature of Privasia’s
eProcurement tool is to make procurement simple but
efficient.
The following online electronic modules are available
from Privasia’s eProcurement:

2. e-Bidding
eBidding platform is a web-based price negotiation tool
that utilizes dynamic pricing to derive true market
prices of product/services in response to current market
supply and demand conditions. This platform incorporates
a proven reverse and forward auction method of online
auction. Buying or selling organisations post all relevant
information and specifications online and invite qualified
and capable suppliers or buyers to compete in a real-time
auction session.
This method saves time for buyers or sellers and increases
their chances of securing a product or service at a
better price. This reverse auction approach has consistently
returned buyers a savings average of 8% - 20%. As for
forward auction, sellers have managed to sell at an
average 10% to 30% higher. eBidding enables real-time
market price discovery, transparency, and shortened
bid cycle time. Since it is web-based, it allows buyers
and suppliers to participate wherever they may be, as
long as they have access to the Internet.
eBidding provides an easy introduction to participating
in e-commerce – with limited business or capital
risk and potentially high rewards. The application requires
little or no integration with other software. Our application
is capable of running several different types of auctions.
3. HRMS (Human Resource Management
System)
Privasia’s Human Resource Management
System (PrivHRMS) aims to leverage on best-practices
and cutting edge technology to transform the conventional
human resource development to an efficient and collaborated
human resource management environment where all stakeholders
are well-connected to processes, information, knowledge
and communities within the human resource ecosystem.
The solution manages all areas of enterprise level business
including processes, resources, communities, intelligence
training and learning.
The main modules of PrivHRMS include:-
(i)
Human Resource Management (HRM)
HRM
provides a mechanism for managing of employee data inclusive
but not limited to the managing employee records by
HR.
In this process PrivHRMS is able to add, edit, and view
employee records. Sub-modules in this module include
personal
details, qualification, job administration, leave, training,
overtime, staff recognition, disciplinary, movement
and upgrading,
compensation and benefit, reports, and resignation.
(ii)
Leave Management
The
leave module provides a mechanism of performing leave
application by a specific employee or for a specific
employee.
Application for leave can be conducted by another authorised
individual for a set of employees who may not have
access to the system. Approval of leave is also managed
within this module and the number of approval levels
can be
pre-defined. Employees will be able to monitor the status
of their leave application on a real time basis and
notifications
via e-mail will be sent upon completion of a leave approval
process.
(iii) Clinic Management
(Medical)
This
module as its name suggests provides the mechanism of
managing the panel clinics and employees visiting these
panel
clinics. Panel clinics will have the ability to attain
real-time data from PrivHRMS to confirm on the staff
status within the
organisation. The module would also be able to track
medical leaves issued to employees and medical claims
from the
employees. This module would also be able to indicate
on medical claims usage of employees at any given time
and perform
necessary verification if the claims have exceeded the
yearly medical limit.
(iv)
Payroll
Payroll
for employees are generated on a monthly or ½
monthly basis based on conditions and calculations that
can be set
through the system. Deductions can also be performed
on an automated process for employees in a group or
individual
basis. Printing of payslips can be automated based on
the on the payslip format that can be pre-defined.
(v) Others
Other
supporting modules of PrivHRMS include the Administration
and Configuration modules which provide a control and
management
over employee user access control and setting up system
configuration for the full utilisation of PrivHRMS.
A
number of key setup information can be pre-defined by
the system administrator using the configurations module.
4. Biometric Time Attendance
System
As its name suggests, the Biometric Time Attendance
solution provides a highly scalable and reliable time
attendance recording and monitoring system which uses
smart cards and fingerprints as the medium of authenticating
an employee and registering his/her attendance. Traditionally,
large corporations have relied on cumbersome punch-cards
to keep track of employee attendance. The manual nature
of this mechanism takes precious time away from employees
(especially those who are responsible of the manual
tracking) and thus reduce productivity.
The main objective of the Time Attendance system is
to help companies achieve a higher level of efficiency
and productivity. All departments will benefit from
the implementation of an automated system in terms of
timely attendance. The system also allows for reporting
at the touch of a button. These reports can be generated
according to any particular need at any time period.
The system collects data via 2 simple devices: an employee
ID smart card and a biometric / smart card reader. In
that, the system helps automate the process of time
management and hence reduce human error.
5. Asset Management and Maintenance
(AMMS)
AMMS is a fully web-based system that provides
functionalities that helps maximize the efficiency of
operations and minimize the costs of maintenance. It
provides workflow/business process templates that increase
speed and accuracy of data input/retrieval by establishing
set protocols and screen accessibility based on either
job title or task.
Web architecture increases secure remote access to information.
It provides Real-time tracking of mobile assets and
rotatable spares via barcoding or hand-held computer.
It has packaged reports for automatic capture of all
information relating to ISO 9000 or other industry certification
for ease in compliance.
Customized industry-specific screens, forms and reports
- so that a technician performing a particular job will
see only those fields relating directly to the task
at hand. Full web architecture contributes to low total
cost of ownership by extending functionality without
additional software license investment. When used as
intended, AMMS extends the operational life of equipment
and maximizes employee work time by allowing repair
work to be "staged" before preventive maintenance
begins. A best-of-breed solution, AMMS is configurable
to meet the specific needs of each customer, resulting
in rapid deployment, efficient installation, and tangible,
powerful results.
6. Online Status Report System
(OSRS)
The Online Status Report System (OSRS) is a web-based
system which aims to promote the use of the electronic
medium in reporting and managing weekly or periodic
status updates by employees to their respective superiors.
OSRS would change the traditional way of status reporting
through printed reports and would promote the concept
of paperless office. The tool would be used to submit
status reports to supervisors, review status reports
of subordinates. OSRS uses a scalable approach in its
implementation by as it’s is fully web based allowing
its users with minimal pre-requisites to utilise the
system. Employees will be able to record their weekly
status updates and their supervisors will be able feedback
or specify a follow up flag if requires. |
